Dance Training Rooted in Jewish Values
Build Confidence
Dance is a wonderful way to build confidence both inside and outside the studio. As dancers learn new skills, challenge themselves, and see their progress throughout the year, they develop a sense of accomplishment and pride in what they can do. Giving your daughter something outside of school that she loves and feels she is good at can be so important for building her confidence. At our Recital girls get to step on stage feeling confident and proud as they show their family and friends everything they’ve worked so hard on throughout the year.
Dance is a great way for girls to make new friends and meet girls from their own school, different schools, and throughout the community. Through partner activities, teamwork, and spending time together each week, dancers have the opportunity to build new friendships while developing important social and communication skills. Our warm and welcoming classes give every girl a place to connect, have fun, andincluded.

Build Strength & Coordination
Dance is an amazing way for girls to stay active while building important physical skills. Through regular dance training, dancers work on strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, stamina, and body control in a fun and engaging way. As they practice new movements, jumps, turns, and combinations, they become stronger and more coordinated while developing skills that can benefit them in dance, other sports, and everyday movement.
